BEFORE YOU SIGN UP, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Our goal is to keep the per person fees for our sessions as low as possible. There are certain fixed costs that are incurred for each class no matter how many students attend, so we rely on and work hard to fill the classes to keep the session fees low. When last minute cancellations happen, it affects our ability to fill the spot and to cover these costs. For this reason the following cancellation policies must be set:

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.

  • If a class is missed, a make-up class is not guaranteed. If we are able to accommodate one, it will be at an extra fee of $50.

  • Requests to be transferred to a future session must be made prior to 14 days of the start date of the original session. Otherwise, we cannot refund or transfer the payment.
